CHECK-IN from 1 p.m. | CHECK-OUT until 10 a.m.

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: possibility to change the dates of the stay without any penalties or to convert the deposit into a voucher valid for a booking within the current year or at the latest within the following year
From 14 days before arrival to no show: deposit forfeited
For the ‘NON REFUNDABLE’ rate in the event of cancellation, change or no-show the entire amount of the stay is charged

Arrival, no show:

Arrival must take place on the appointed day after 1 p.m. On arrival, the identity documents of all persons occupying the room must be shown for registration.
In the event of late arrival, the Client must notify the Hotel in good time; otherwise, the room will be kept available until 10.00 a.m. the following day, after which the Hotel shall be free to rent it out to third parties.

Early departure:

The hotelier, in the event that the customer already accommodated cancels the agreed stay in advance - except in the case of documented force majeure - may demand from the customer the payment of the room for the entire period indicated in the booking (except in cases of fault attributable to the hotelier or his agents) net of any unused meals.

Price calculation:

Reductions (for persons sharing a room with 2 full-paying guests, including cot or children's cot): 100% for children aged 0 to 2.99 years | 50% for children aged 3 to 5.99 years | 30% for children aged 6 to 13.99 years | 15% for the third person aged 14 years and over.
(in the Classica and Luminosa rooms an additional child aged 0 to 2 years can be added free of charge in their parents' bed or in a cot)

Extras:

Drinks: are not included
Tourist tax: the price does not include the tourist tax of € 2.35, payable per person per night from the age of 4 up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
Restaurant service: Buffet Free Service or table service at management's discretion.

In the event of force majeure or in special circumstances, the Management of the Europa Tourist Group hotels and aparthotels reserves the right to move the booking, even partially, to one of our similar establishments at the same price conditions and with the same services.
