We ask for an advance payment of 20% of the total amount, which you can pay by bank transfer or online payment.
As soon as we receive the advance payment, we will send you a booking confirmation via e-mail or regular mail.
If you choose a non-refundable tariff, you will need to pay the entire amount with the aforementioned conditions.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a beach umbrella in the first row.

Our gazebos are reserved for guests who have booked a Suite Laguna or Suite Mare. They will be assigned based on demand and availability.

All the rooms at our hotel are non-smoking only. It is allowed to smoke outside on the balcony or in dedicated areas around the hotel.

We always do our best to assure our Guests are satisfied, which means we will be happy to hear all your requests. It is however not possible to guarantee them in any form, be it written or verbal.

The hotel enjoys a beautiful location, facing both the sea and the lagoon. The center of Bibione Pineda and the shopping street are about 200 meters from the hotel.
The center of Bibione Spiaggia is about 3 km away: during the summer season, there are dedicated bus lines, and we also offer a free shuttle service to the town center.

Upon request, our hotel and Booking Centre can organise a transfer by taxi. The service will be charged accordingly. It is sufficient to communicate us the date of arrival, the airport, the time and number of the flight. The person in charge of transfer will be waiting for you at the exit gate and will escort you directly to the hotel.

Beach amenities include one beach umbrella and two sun beds for each room.

It is not possible to reserve a third sunbed on the beach.

Upon check-in, you will be given a beach towel card that you can use to collect and change beach towels directly in the outdoor pool area.

It is possible to request this service, as the hotel has an agreement with a private laundry. The service is chargeable.

The rooms devised for people with disabilities are Deluxe type rooms or Suite two-room apartments. The bathroom is equipped with a platform for the WC, with handles on the walls and the shower pavement is flat.

The swimming pool is unfortunately not equipped with a ramp or a lift.

You can do so directly at the hotel or through the Booking Centre. The hotel will give you a voucher to cover part of the Green Fee: as we have a corporate agreement with the Golf Club, you will receive a discount on the Green Fee.

It is possible to have lunch at our poolside restaurant. The service is only guaranteed in specific periods of time.

The requested attire is elegant/casual. Beach outfits and flip-flops are not allowed.

At our main restaurant ‘Ernest Hemingway’ all meals are buffet. Should our guests desire an à la carte menu, they can book at restaurant ‘Il Canneto’ with an extra fee.

You can ask the kitchen or the restaurant’s staff to heat up your baby food, or to prepare a porridge.

You can contact our restaurant and order what you wish, according to the menu of the day. If the restaurant is closed, you can contact the bar.

There are some tables on the outdoor terrace, based upon availability.

In the fitness area you will find all kinds of equipment for cardio workout: cyclette, treadmill, elliptic, step. The hotel has also an agreement with a fitness centre a few steps away from the hotel, to which our guests get free access.

You can find them on the hotel’s 7th floor. You will get free access to the sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers and gym. Massages, whirlpools and beauty treatments come are available with an extra fee, and must be reserved directly at the SPA or at the hotel’s reception.
